Town Square: Hawaii's foster care system

Six months ago, there was a lawsuit challenging the amount of the stipend resource care givers - that would be foster parents to most of us- received  to pay for the needs of the kids in their homes. This year, the legislature looked at the issue and data researched by the UH Public Policy Center. In this Foster Care Month, our panel talks about the status of Hawaii’s foster care system.
