City Lawsuit: Donna Leong & Corey Rosenlee
The city’s top attorney, Donna Leong has gone to court challenging the wording of a ballot question that is supposed to go before voters this fall.
It has to do with funding public schools using a tax that historically has sat with the counties. Leong filed the complaint last week and is amending it to include home rule arguments and to include all the counties in the challenge.
