Honolulu Board of Water Supply Issues
Crews are still repairing a 24-inch water main break on the Leeward Coast that sprang up last night. Ernie Lau, Chief Engineer at the Honolulu Board of Water Supply joins us to talk about the cost to upgrading the aging water system and other pressing water issues.
