The local version of a series of protest marches across the country plans to march on the Hawaii State Capitol building on Saturday. It is aimed at confronting and correcting the practice of so-called slut-shaming by parading in revealing clothing.

Biki Bike Share 3-Month Update

Bicycle paths are sparse and intermittent, and competition from cars during busy times of the day is intense. But the situation is changing: Three months along, the new Biki Bike Share program has resulted in more than 180,000 rides.
