Special Education in Hawaii seems even more challenging these days.  Long after federal oversight ended following the Felix Consent Decree, parents and teachers are frustrated.  We'll talk with an attorney who works pro-bono to help parents caught in a system not providing what their kids need. We'll hear from parents who wonder what happened since the state was in compliance with guest, Attorney Keith Peck and parents from around the state. Today at 5pm on HPR-2.
