Affordable housing is among the challenges Hawaii lawmakers are likely to face in the coming legislative session starting later this month. In some parts of Asia, an experiment of sorts is underway with extremely small apartments called “micro-units.”  HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
