  Earlier this month, the Star-Advertiser reported Hawaiian Electric is in talks with the Navy about a plan to build the state’s first liquefied natural gas import terminal at Pearl Harbor. While stakeholders in Hawaii are considering using natural gas for the first time, Singapore is entering a new phase in its dependence on the fuel. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
