For today’s Stargazer, we hear about some planets to spot in the evening sky, plus a pair of discoveries in our solar system as HPR All Things Considered Host Dave Lawrence speaks with Christopher Phillips.

NASA has revealed that they have detected tectonic activity on Mercury using the Mercury Messenger probe, maneuvering it close enough to the surface to detect the activity.

The Hubble Space Telescope has shown plumes of water shooting up on the surface of Jupiter's moon Europa, looking closely at the moon as it passed in front of Jupiter.
