Cars sales across the country are expected to rise slightly this month compared to a year ago. That word comes from Kelley Blue Book, which did not break out state-wide projections for Hawaii. In China, analysts expect growth in auto sales to be much stronger. And that’s leading to some changing international business plans. HPR’ Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
