Avid food truck enthusiasts will find the recent nexus at the old Fisherman’s Wharf  gone this week.  It will reopen in ten days as part of the new Makers and Tasters Kewalo community marketplace.  HPR’sNoeTanigawa reports on this new revolving collection of curated food stands.

The vendors who have been in the old Fisherman's Wharf site for the last two months will take a break for 10 days and the new Makers and Tasters Kewalo will debut for Eat the Street on August 28th.   The large space makai of Ala Moana Boulevard at Ward Avenue is the new home of Eat the Street.  Parking is planned for the 'Ewa end of the site.

After August 28th, Makers and Tasters Kewalo continues daily for lunch, with breakfast and dinner offered Monday through Friday.  Expect parking, green space, a deck, tables, umbrellas, a bar, and space for 70 vendors in the new build out.
