  Hawai‘i’s cable television companies are required by law to provide funds and channels for community access.  Na Leo o Hawai‘i on Hawai‘i Island, Akaku in Maui county, and H?‘ike on Kaua‘i are much loved local channels.  HPR’sNoeTanigawa offer sthis visit with ‘?lelo, O‘ahu’s four community television channels.
