Leaders of South Korea, Japan Start to Talk

   Two Asian leaders are beginning the week with an unusual meeting. Relations between Japan and South Korea have become frayed in recent years. The leader of each country has been in office a little more than a year, but they have not yet had an official summit. That will change because of the intervention of the United States. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
