Pesticide Expert Testifying on Bill 2491: Caroline Cox
Caroline Cox is Research Director of the California-based Center for Environmental Health. She has served as an advisor to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on pesticide policy, and she has Kauai connections . Her grandfather was an engineer who helped build the breakwater at Port Allen, and her father grew up on the McBryde sugar plantation. Today she’s back on Kauai to testify in support of Bill 2491.
