Japan Beginning Slow Return to Nuclear Power

Nuclear power is slowly making a comeback in Japan. It’s been more than two years since an earthquake and tsunami crippled a nuclear plant in the north of the country. This week, several utilities are taking initial steps to return to operation. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
