Seven weeks from today will mark the 143rd anniversary of Kamehameha Day. It’s a holiday that’s unique to Hawai‘i, and an opportunity for historical and cultural celebrations. Bill Dorman has been the news director at Hawaiʻi Public Radio since 2011.
