The last three national surveys of oral health have given Hawai?i a failing grade. Dr. Gavin Uchida is the new director for the Hawai?i State Department of Health. He is charged with creating a strategic plan to improve oral health across Hawai?i and is conducting a series of talk-story sessions to gather public input.
