Hong Kong Tumbles on Livability List

What makes a city “livable” is a matter of opinion. According to the Economist Intelligence Unit, Honolulu is the most livable city in the United States. The website livability.com puts Honolulu at #58 in the country. On another list, Hong Kong has tumbled out of the world’s top ranks of livable cities. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
