Department of Health Unveils New Entrance and Lobby

The Department of Health registers more than 40,000 marriage licenses and birth certificates each year.   Today, state officials dedicated a newly renovated lobby for one of the most highly used public spaces.  HPR’s Wayne Yoshioka reports.
