The Conversation: Tuesday, June 19th, 2018

Wikimedia

It’s been a week since the historic summit between the leaders of the US and North Korea. Today we hear from Hawaii’s Korean Community as we try to understand the possibilities for reunification after more than 70 years. It’s a discussion with you, the listener, and a couple of voices from the Korean community: Francis Park of the Unification Advisory Council whose parents were from North Korea, and Duk Hee Murabayashi, who was born in North Korea and is the author of several books on Korean Immigration to Hawaii.
