Honolulu City Council Explores Additional Regulation on Uber, Lyft

Honolulu City Council Bill 35 would impose tighter regulatory control on transportation network companies Uber and Lyft. The measure is the latest salvo in the worldwide battle between TNC’s and local taxi operators.
