Redevelopment of Mayor Wright Housing Complex

The planned redevelopment for the state’s Mayor Wright Homes housing project is moving a step closer to reality. The Kalihi Palama complex calls for 2,448 residential rentals. It will replace the existing 364 units but also will go toward adding badly needed affordable apartments in the urban core.
