Self care via meditation at Kaiser Permanente
We wind up our series this week looking at what our healthcare facilities are doing to support their workers with self care and avoiding burnout. We reached out to Maui to talk to Kaiser Permanente's Heather Goff. Dr. Goff is a psychiatrist who began ofering a mid-day meditation session to all Kaiser employees. She explains how it all got started some five months ago.
