Classical Pacific, September 11, 2018: Old and New

Today I'm alternating between old and new music - for the new music, I'm playing works that I have featured over the past six months, so that you have an opportunity to get used to them. Music today includes work by Henri Vieuxtemps, Frédéric Chopin, Sally Beamish, Enrique Granados, James Horner, Ruth Crawford Seeger, Clara Schumann, Carl Ditters von Dittersdorf, Charles Dieupart, Arvo Pärt, and Johann Sebastian Bach.
