Chinese Troops Deploying to Africa

  While President Obama’s speech on Tuesday focused on events in Syria and Iraq, another part of the world is getting military attention from China. For the first time, the Beijing government is committing a battalion of troops to a UN peacekeeping effort. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
