China Rejects GMO Strain of U.S. Corn

  When Hawaii’s legislature starts its new session next month, genetically engineered crops are likely to be on the agenda in some way. While individual counties have weighed in on policies surrounding GMO’s, there has not yet been a state-wide approach. In recent weeks, GMO corn has become an issue for U-S exports to China. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
