No one is unaffected by houselessness in Hawai‘i.  There’s a panel coming up this weekend that could help those in Honolulu to understand the issues better. It is called Home Free: Aloha in Art  panel at Honolulu musuems’s Doris Duke theater Saturday  1pm.

One of the organizers is Josiah Koria, CEO Tyrell’s Angels and CEO Pu‘uhonua Trademasters. Twinkle Borge, the Leader of Pu‘uhonua o Wai‘anae, the encampment at Wai‘anae Boat Harbor will also be on the panel. All are invited to visit an open house at Pu‘uhonua o Wai‘anae next sautrday, November 3, between 10am and 2pm.

Noe Tanigawa covered art, culture and ideas for two decades at Hawaiʻi Public Radio.
