Hawaii County to Provide Active Shooter Info to Community

It's a scenario that happens all too frequently in this country. Someone becomes violent in a public place, and sometimes a gun is involved. On Hawaii Island, police have put together a special presentation to help educate residents about how to react. HPR's Sherry Bracken has the story.
