Looking for Votes in All the Wrong Places
A special walk-in election will be held Friday for Big Island residents who were unable to vote in Saturday’s primary due to damage from Tropical Storm Iselle. As HPR’S Molly Solomon reports, many are still without water, power and other essential services. Voting in an election is the last thing on their mind.
