of Brittni Paiva. Born and raised in Hilo, Ms. Paiva has
recently released her 5th CD---it was produced by jazz legend, Tom

Before
Alfred Shaheen, there were mom and pop clothing makers in Hawai’i, but he spearheaded the
industry. Shaheen became a global brand
designed, printed and produced right here---remember, Elvis wore a Shaheen on the "Blue Hawai'i" cover.
