  How much control should communities have over the management of their natural resources? 

That’s the question for Town Square as IUCN World Conservation Congress continues this week bringing over 9000 attendees to Honolulu. Guests: Kevin Chang, Exectutive Director of Kuaʻāina Ulu ʻAuamo, Davianna Pōmaikaʻi McGregor, professor in UHM Department of Ethnic Studies, Kelson "Mac" Poepoe, master fisher and co-founder of Hui Mālama o Moʻomomi and Kristen Walker,  Chair of the CEESP/WCEL Specialist Group on Indigenous Peoples, Customary and Environmental Laws and Human Rights.  Tune in at 5pm on HPR-2.
