Anna-Marie Cook is a member of the US EPA Region 9 Superfund Division and the Marine Debris Program Coordinator. She’ll be heading to Tern Island to start an assessment of the island once a military airstrip now a wild life sanctuary.

Colin Kippen is the state's Homelessness Coordinator overseeing the Governor’s10-year plan to end homelessness. He’s a lawyer and urban planner and has worked as a prosecutor, defense attorney, civil attorney, and tribal judge in Washington State. He was the Senior Counsel to the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs under Committee Chair Daniel Inouye.

Dr. Ashley Maynard is Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychology at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, where she has taught since 2001.  She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology at UCLA and did a post-doctoral fellowship in Anthropology and Cultural Psychology at UCLA’s Neuropsychiatric Institute.  She has studied the interrelationships of culture, contexts of child development, and healthy cognitive and social development of children since 1993.
