Peace Ceremony Marks Dropping of Atomic Bomb

Today marks the 73^rd anniversary of the first use of a nuclear weapon in war. In 1945, the “Little Boy” bomb was dropped detonated over the Japanese city of Hiroshima, killing thousands and leveling the city. A group of Hawaii students is in Japan this week for a peace ceremony and to remember the horror of that bomb.
