The newest member of the Hawaii State Legislature is Dr. Richard Creagan. Governor Neil Abercrombie appointed him to take the seat representing Ka'u through Kona after Denny Coffman resigned for family reasons. The legislature opens in two days, so the new legislator has a lot of catching up to do. From Hawaii County, Sherry Bracken reports.
