All Hallows Eve--- will never be the same for a University of Hawaii librarian and her husband who is the building manager for Hamilton library.

A flash flood 14 years agocaused an estimated $80 million dollars in damage and Gwen Sinclair recalled the night they got the call to come quick.

They never imagined the devastation they would find, and the years it would take to recover.

In Paris,  we discovered you can find ukulele cafes and festivals galore. What do you think when you hear Ukulele Bodouir or Ukulele Syndicate? Well, today we hear from a French musician, MathiasCeve, who got bit bad, by not just the ukulele bug, but Gypsy jazz-- Parisian jazz-- a sound developed by Django Reinhardt in the 30’s.

Intro music: Bistro Fada by Stephane Wrembel
