Chinese Researching Smarter Windows

A growing number of consumers across Hawaii and around the world are using “smart phones”---devices that let you check email and the internet. So-called “smart technology” has also made its way into everything from cars to refrigerators. And now Chinese researchers are reporting new progress in “smart windows.” HPR’s Bill Dorman explains in today’s Asia Minute.
