As you’ve been hearing today on NPR, Senate leaders have reached a tentative deal to avoid default and end the government shutdown---which has lingered for more than two weeks. Despite the agreement,  the financial troubles of the United States are not over. And there is a growing sense of frustration in Asia. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute
