Obama First President to Attend East Asia Summit

President Obama started his week in Hawaii with APEC and will end it in Indonesia with the East Asia Summit. The APEC meetings brought together 21 economies while the East Asia summit is a gathering of 18 members. So what’s the difference? HPR’s Bill Dorman explains in today’s Asia Minute.
