Makkuro Makkuro is a quirky pop up shop that features local artisans and designers plus interesting second hand goods.   HPR’s Noe Tanigawa reports it will be making its next appearance this weekend in the Kaka’ako neighborhood. 

The shop will be open:

Friday, December 7 from 10:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday, December 8 from 10:00am to 8:00pm
Sunday, December 9 from 10:00am to 6:00pm

Luangphinith, Torie Okemura, Ryan Ota, and Mitcho Valenzuela

On Saturday, December 8th, the Green Wheel Food Hub is organizing local specialty food producers for an offering of treats at R/D, next door to II Gallery at 691 Auahi.  You'll find books and magazines at R/D you will not find anywhere else in the state.  You'll probably enjoy the entire block of Auahi between Coral and Keawe.
