Hawaii County Behind on Sending New Voter Data

More than 4,500 Hawaii County voters have either changed their addresses or registered anew since the August 11 primary registration deadline, but it's not clear when they will receive confirmation of their voter status.  From Hawaii Island, HPR's Sherry Bracken reports.
