Zombies Invade the Doris Duke---Next, Kennedy Theatre
ShareThis
"Frankenstein", the movie made in 1910, features a reanimated corpse, but it wasn’t until the 1960’s that the undead we know today made their appearance in George Romero’s "Night of the Living Dead". Now HPR’s Noe Tanigawa reports we’re in a zombie renaissance with films and a stage premiere coming soon to Honolulu.
The “Dead on: Zombie-thon” film series continues at the Doris Duke Theatre at the Honolulu Museum of Art through November 1st. The world premiere of “Uncle Vanya and Zombies” opens next month at Kennedy Theatre on the UH Manoa campus. Check the links below for tickets and information.
