Whole Ox Deli Offers Butchery Class
ShareThis
This weekend a local restaurant is opening up its kitchen to teach people the art of butchery.
Robert McGee is the chef and co-owner of The Whole Ox Deli in Kaka’ako. It’s a deli shop that focuses on sandwiches, with a unique twist on your average cold cut. All meats are made in house using whole animal butchery. McGee, who will be leading the class, invites the community to learn what they can do with a whole pig.
Spots are still available for The Whole Hog Butchery Class, which takes place Sunday, December 9th. For more information or to reserve a place call 699-6328.
