Ever heard of permaculture? Since the 1920’s, experts have proposed self-perpetuating farming systems that maximize output with minimal input.  Sustainable agriculture is the goal, and one permaculture organization charts over 900 projects going on now around the world.  HPR’s Noe Tanigawa visited a permaculture farm on Moloka’i where how-to classes are getting underway.  Since Robin and Dano don't have a website yet, here's some info from their class flyers, followed by some links to permaculture worldwide:

“What is Permaculture?”

Perhaps the more important question is “Why Permaculture?”

This introductory class will be an in-depth exploration of the

ethical foundation at the root of the permaculture movement.

“It's All In Your Head” is Part 1 of a 12-part series.
