ShareThisThe International Longshore and Warehouse Union endorsed Mayor Mufi Hannemann for Governor yesterday. The Mayor praised the ILWU and its 20-thousand members statewide for their selection.

Mayor Hannemann said he will officially enter the Governor's race in July to avoid having to conduct a million dollar special election. He said he will focus on the City's budget, economy and the transit project until such time that he officially declares his candidacy for Governor.
