"Cities and states cannot gamble their way to prosperity."  That’s the perspective of University of Illinois emeritus professor John Kindt. He’s making a return visit to Hawaii. We'll talk with him about why he says gambling in our state not only won't create a sustainable stream - it could create dangerous one.
