Town Square (Thurs., 2/7): "Cities and states cannot gamble their way to prosperity."  That’s the perspective of University of Illinois emeritus professor John Kindt. He’s making a return visit to Hawaii. He joins Beth-Ann Kozlovich talk about why he says gambling in our state not only won't create a sustainable stream - it could create a dangerous one. Kindt is a senior editor of the United States International Gaming Report.
