The Hawaii Island hospital with some of the highest patient satisfaction and quality numbers in the state is facing challenges in one of its most popular programs.  Its birthing program draws women from around the island---and that's creating the challenges.  There's a meeting tonight to discuss the issues.  HPR's Sherry Bracken has more.
