When it comes to many areas of conservation, Hawaii leads the nation. Now, China is catching up with an idea that Hawaii adopted a couple of years ago. This week, China’s government announced a ban on serving shark fin soup at official banquets—but it doesn’t take effect right away. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
