Swept Away: Moses’ Paper Bag Hats

In January, many people assess their lives, make serious decisions about self improvement, and march off into the new year.  It was just about this time thirty years ago that a man on Hawai’i island folded a paper bag and started a most unpredictable adventure.  HPR’s Noe Tanigawa reports.
