Solar energy is a popular topic for political leaders this week. President Obama talked about it in his State of the Union speech. In the State of the State address, Governor Abercrombie mentioned solar as part of nearly seven dozen renewable energy projects underway around the state. But solar power is making different kinds of headlines in India. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
