Solar Power Disputes Multiplying Across Asia, Elsewhere

Solar power is sparking another trade complaint to the World Trade Organization. This one comes from China—and it’s aimed at Europe. But depending on how things go, there could be an impact here in Hawaii. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
